How did it start?

SunLED began with a shared passion for innovation and impact. Dr. Anne Berends, a nanomaterials scientist with a PhD from Utrecht University, spent over five years researching healthy near-infrared light. Her goal was clear: to turn science into a solution that improves health and well-being of people who spend majority of their time indoors.

To bring this vision to market, she partnered with Ayhan Siriner, a leader with 24 years of global experience in the lighting industry. Together with the SunLED team Ayhan and Anne introduce SunLED to people all over the world.

Journey continues

Currently, we are developing a proof-of-concept product as a computer peripheral, providing the benefits of near-infrared light. We are also excited to announce that our first product will be launched already in 2025. You can catch a glimpse of our innovations at CES Las Vegas and MWC Barcelona, where we will be showcasing our latest advancements and prototypes.
