U.S. Patent Marking Notice

This webpage is provided to give notice of patent rights of SunLED Life Science B.V. (“SunLED”) and its affiliates, including for purposes of the virtual patent marking provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), where applicable.

The products, product families, and/or implementations identified below are covered by the corresponding U.S. patent(s) listed alongside them. These products comprise either SunLED products or products commercialized by SunLED licensees. The list may not be exhaustive. Other products, product families, technologies, and/or implementations not listed may be protected by one or more SunLED patents, and additional SunLED patents may apply.

For purposes of U.S. virtual patent marking, the following table identifies covered products, product families, and/or implementations and the corresponding issued U.S. patents.

SunLED licensees must provide current information identifying each licensed product, product family, or implementation to be listed, including the applicable company or licensee name, product name, model number, product family, and/or other identifying product description. Licensees should also notify SunLED when covered products are added, discontinued, renamed, or otherwise materially changed.

Products should be marked with “Patent” or “Pat.” together with the URL of this webpage. Marking the packaging alone should be used only where the character of the product is such that the product itself cannot reasonably be marked. Licensees should ensure that covered products and/or packaging are marked in accordance with the applicable license agreement.

This page may be updated periodically as licensed products are added or removed, as product information is updated, or as additional U.S. patents issue.

Additional patents and pending applications in the U.S. and elsewhere may cover various aspects of the identified products and/or the processes used to manufacture them.
